Public Facilities on Pari Island Sprayed with Disinfectant

It aims to contain the spread of COVID-19 transmissions considering Pari Island is one of the most popular tourist sites

Around three firefighters under North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Fire and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-agency spray disinfectant in public facilities spread over RT 02/04, Pari Island Urban Village, South Thousand Islands Sub-district.

North Jakarta and Thousand Islands Gulkarmat's Sector 8 Picket Officer, Idrisman said it was focused on Pari Island Main Pier, streets and other facilities to homestays.

"It aims to contain the spread of COVID-19 transmissions considering Pari Island is one of the most popular tourist sites," he expressed, Monday (5/10).

At the location, he added, the firefighters had spent around 15 liters of disinfectant liquid.
